Working in a residential Aged Care facility

An aged care facilities are usually approved providers that run Australian Government subsided aged care homes, they provide accommodation, personal care, and 24 hours care and nursing and other general services. In Aged Care they have varied shifts that are on offer including morning shifts, afternoon shifts, night shifts, shifts are on offer 24 hours a day.
